Omg! Why does it takes so -;/)/65%## long to ship! Really horrendous! I can get a whole engine from Japan the next day . And order a watch I can even get a tracking # from invicta stores! Envine is a lot better if you like invicta!

Bought joker watch ,came broken, this is 3rd watch I have bought from invicta, had to return all 3 because something was wrong ,great looking watches ,but no quality control, and very difficult to return, not worth the headache buying invicta!!!!!

The fact that they treat a fan who professes extreme appreciation for the quality behind their product is mind blowing! This has happened repeatedly. On my recent purchase, I called multiple times, including today checking on an order I placed 2 weeks ago this upcoming Monday. Today their service rep lied to me! I was told that my order would ship and I’d be emailed tracking info by 5:30pm today. According to the Invicta WebSite neither happened. Ineptitude is one thing, but dishonesty is definitely another! My late father instilled in me a love for collecting things, especially baseball cards and watches. Today, I still collect both. I have everything from vintage Rolexes, TagHeur, Seikos, Cartiers and Invictas, plus many others. Despite my much more expensive options, my 2 favorites are my G Shock and my Invictas. I discuss watchmakers on my multiple social media platforms, including a growing YouTube channel. If Invicta ever wishes to grow, their customer service and shipping policy HAS GOT TO CHANGE AND MORE CLOSELY RESEMBLE THEIR PRODUCT QUALITY! I’ll keep ordering Invicta product, but at this point, NOT DIRECTLY from Invicta. I will share my personal experience, especially this experience with all of my friends and followers. I will describe my frustration with their terrible shipping, than, today, being lied to. I’d like to explain how they made up for all my frustration, but after being lied to, I don’t expect it.
Im an Invicta Watch product, but not Invicta service fan

I am a huge Invicta fan, I collect watches. My two favorites are Casio and Invicta. I collect Casio because ever since I could tell time, at one time or another, I’ve worn one. I’ll explain in this review why I collect Invicta.
I will never-ever order directly from Invicta ever again! You see, I’m an enormous advocate of quality customer service. I’m that occasional customer, who when asked to, will fill out an online survey. Heck, just like now, I’ll go out of my way to educate others. I feel obligated to forewarn my fellow man. Invicta, as a online store, is atrocious. Fortunately, you can buy Invicta on multiple platforms I’ve seen Invicta on PoshMark, EBay, FB Marketplace and Amazon.
I am an Invicta fanatic because Invicta has outstanding craftsmanship; Invicta uses the same internals, movements and jewels as much more expensive, but trusted and known companies such as Seiko, Citizen, even Rolex, but Invicta has much better pricing. You can buy an Invicta watch that is not only on par in quality with much more expensive competitors, but at prices 85-95% less! Perhaps the best thing about Invicta is the amazing variety of styles; almost anyone can find an Invicta that’ll jive with their unique personality. I served my country in the US Army for many years, and people who know me, know that despite my age, I am still capable of great physical things, many call me Superman. I got a beautiful US Army and Superman watch from Invicta.
However, Invicta as an online company, Invicta as a store is AWFUL due to 2 major areas; customer service and shipping. THEIR SLOW SHIPPING IS ABSOLUTELY DESPICABLE! If I didn’t know any better, I’d swear they try to do a bad job! If you order directly from Invicta expect to wait a month. As far as service is concerned, OMG! Invicta has terrible customer service! 99 times out of 100, when, or if you need to call Invicta, their representatives are short, rude or crass. As far as emailing the “HelpDesk”, forget it! I’m convinced they don’t even read it! It’s almost like once a letter is received, instead of actually reading said letter, a general letter is automatically sent as a reply. I say this because on at least 3 occasions, after emailing the “HelpDesk” I just received the exact same general/vague letter. I copied&pasted that letter below;
“Dear Customer,
Thank you for your order. Once your order is confirmed, expect 4-7 business days for your order to be packaged and prepared for shipping.  Please note, the processing time does not include the weekends or holidays. This is in addition to the shipping time of 1-5 business days. Free ground shipping is offered on orders of $149 and up. When the carrier scans your package, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Hmm? Excuse me, but can anyone tell me exactly when I’ll get my watch?
In summary, please do your wrist, other’s perception of you, and your checking account a favor and buy Invicta, but NEVER EVER NEVER, NEVER EVER BUY INVICTA DIRECTLY FROM INVICTA.

The shipping is horrible! you have to wait weeks! and one time i never received the watch! i lost my 200 dollars.

Horrible company. Never got my watch, they claim it was delivered. 0 stars! They are unwilling to help

Great watch but the communication after purchase is lacking.

Product was great but disappointed that it took so long to ship.

Experience on the whole was quite good, though I was never informed when or how the order was shipped, otherwise 5* :)

Ordered in November and did not receive until January. Other then the shipping delay the watch it beautiful.
